Ordering & payment

• Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email dispatch confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
• If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch — you can have the correct price or a full refund.
• We may cap quantities on high-demand items so more collectors get a fair shot.

Pre-orders

Charged at checkout; dispatched the day stock arrives. Expected dates are shown on each listing and updated if a publisher slips a release. Cancel any unshipped pre-order for a full refund, any time.

Trading cards — the honest bit

Sealed product is a game of chance by design: we guarantee authenticity and condition of what we sell, not the contents of packs. Card values fluctuate; a graded single is sold as the graded item described, not as an investment.

About the franchises

ThreeKingdoms is an independent retailer. Game and franchise names are used to describe genuine products we stock; all trademarks belong to their respective owners and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Liability

We're liable for what the law says we're liable for (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your consumer rights) — and beyond that, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.
