Which trading card games do you stock?
We stock sealed product, singles and accessories for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars Unlimited and Flesh and Blood — with more games added as the community asks for them.
How much is UK shipping and how fast is it?
Tracked 48 shipping is £2.99, Tracked 24 is £4.49, and shipping is free on orders over £50. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day from the UK.
Is everything genuine and factory sealed?
Yes. We only sell 100% genuine product sourced from official UK distributors. Sealed means sealed — boxes and packs are untouched, and singles are photographed and condition-checked before listing.
How do pre-orders work?
You pay at checkout to lock in your copy and we dispatch the day stock arrives — the listing shows the expected ship date. If a release slips, we email you; you can cancel any unshipped pre-order for a full refund at any time.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Because trading cards have a market value, opened sealed product and singles removed from their protective packaging can only be returned if faulty or not as described. See our returns page for the full details.
How do I pay? Is checkout secure?
Checkout is powered by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What are your Whatnot live streams?
We rip boxes live on Whatnot — Friday Night Rip & Ship at 8pm and Singles Sunday at 6pm (UK time). Follow us on Whatnot to get notified when we go live.
