Everything ships tracked from the UK. Order by 3pm Monday–Friday and we dispatch the same day.

Singles ship in a penny sleeve, toploader and bubble mailer. Sealed product is boxed with padding — no loose boxes rattling around a jiffy bag, ever.

Returns

Changed your mind? No drama. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened, factory-sealed item for a full refund. Email hello@threekingdoms.pages.dev with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

• Items must come back in the condition they arrived — sealed, undamaged, with any shrink wrap intact.
• Because trading cards have a market value the moment they're revealed, opened sealed product and singles removed from their protective packaging can only be returned if faulty or not as described. (This is the industry-standard exception under UK consumer law for sealed goods unsealed after delivery.)
• Refunds land within 14 days of us receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
• Faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered? We'll make it right at our cost — always.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout to lock in your copy. Every pre-order listing shows its expected ship date, and we dispatch the day stock arrives from the distributor.

• If a release date slips, we email you straight away with the new date.
• You can cancel any unshipped pre-order for a full refund, any time, no questions asked.
• Mixed basket? We ship everything together when the pre-order lands — or email us and we'll happily split the delivery (standard shipping applies to the extra parcel).
